The Center for the Study of Latino Media & Markets at Texas State University is hosting the second annual International Conference on Spanish-Language Media Feb. 19-21, 2009. Speakers from around the world will gather in San Marcos to discuss a variety of topics, including strategic communications for the Latino-oriented campaigns of President Barack Obama and Senator John McCain during the 2008 presidential campaign. The opening and closing sessions are free and open to the public. The remaining sessions require conference registration. Check the complete program for session topics and times.
